About me

I am a design and strategy leader with 18 years of experience shaping products and services across enterprise and consumer contexts.

With a foundation in formal design education and a research-driven approach, I work at the intersection of insight, strategy, and craft. Over the years, I have evolved from an individual contributor to building and leading design teams, scaling design systems, and strengthening design maturity within organizations — while continuing to stay hands-on where it matters.

My strength lies in connecting strategic intent to tangible outcomes. I work closely with leadership to shape direction and with design teams to translate that direction into thoughtful, high-quality experiences across digital, physical, and service touchpoints.

I have worked across service design, enterprise platforms, IoT and smart systems, e-commerce ecosystems, research and trend strategy, and brand-led experience frameworks.
